How much does it cost to rent a bus with a driver?
The price to rent a bus in Stockholm varies depending on group size, vehicle type, and the length of the assignment. Generally, we offer three price levels based on bus capacity:
- Minibus (8–16 people): From approx. SEK 1,200 to SEK 4,500 for shorter assignments. This provides an estimated cost of approx. SEK 150–350 per person.
- Tourist bus (49 people): From approx. SEK 3,100 for a transfer and SEK 4,500 for 3 hours. The cost often lands between SEK 70–250 per person.
- Large tourist bus (53–57 people): From approx. SEK 3,600 for a transfer and SEK 5,175 for 3 hours. This is our most efficient option with approx. SEK 65–200 per person.

What is included in the bus rental price in Stockholm?
Our bus rental price includes everything for a safe journey: professional driver, operating costs, congestion tax, and road tolls. Unlike many others, we also include 6% VAT directly in the quote. We apply completely transparent pricing – the price you receive is the one that applies, with no hidden fees.
What is the service process after booking a bus trip?
After booking, we plan the journey and select the appropriate bus based on group size and schedule. You will receive all essential travel information via email, including the driver's contact details and trip specifics.
On the day of travel, we ensure the bus arrives on time and that boarding is smooth and safe. Our experienced drivers and customer support team are available throughout the trip.

What is the cancellation policy for bus rental?
We offer flexible cancellation terms for bus rental in Stockholm. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure are free of charge. If canceled 24–72 hours before departure, 50% of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, the full amount will be charged.
