The price to rent a bus in Stockholm varies depending on group size, vehicle type, and the length of the assignment. Generally, we offer three price levels based on bus capacity:
- Minibus (8–16 people): From approx. SEK 1,200 to SEK 4,500 for shorter assignments. This provides an estimated cost of approx. SEK 150–350 per person.
- Tourist bus (49 people): From approx. SEK 3,100 for a transfer and SEK 4,500 for 3 hours. The cost often lands between SEK 70–250 per person.
- Large tourist bus (53–57 people): From approx. SEK 3,600 for a transfer and SEK 5,175 for 3 hours. This is our most efficient option with approx. SEK 65–200 per person.

The price for a school trip in Stockholm depends primarily on the group size and how long you need the bus. We strive to keep the cost per student as low as possible through efficient vehicle choices:
- Tourist bus (49–57 seats): The most economical choice for an entire class. A transfer costs from approx. SEK 3,100, which corresponds to approx. SEK 65–75 per student when fully booked.
- Excursion package (5 hours): For a longer day trip, the price starts from approx. SEK 7,600. This gives the class the freedom to travel at their own pace with plenty of room for luggage.
- Minibus (8–16 seats): Perfect for smaller groups, special classes, or sports teams, with prices from approx. SEK 1,200 for shorter trips.
